加拿大将于两个月后正式实施《加拿大食品安全条例》

讯 据加拿大食品检验局（CFIA）消息，2018年1春黄菊1月15日，加拿大食品检验局发布消息称，《加拿大食品安全条例》将于两个月后正式实施。

昨日，在魁北克省加蒂诺市举行的食品安全论坛上，农业和农业食品部长的议会秘书Jean-Claude Poissant强调，新法规将在两个月内生效。

Jean-Claude Poissant先生在演讲中强调，《加拿大食品安全条例》将统一并取代了加拿大14部食品法规来减少企业不必要的行政负担，并有助于维持和增长加拿大农业食品和农业部门的市场准入。

Businesses that require a licence will have to attest that they have preventive controls in place （such as sanitation and pest control measures） and businesses with $100K or more in annual sales will have to prepare a written prevention control plan. Businesses are encouraged to enrol now in My CFIA and be prepared to apply for their licence when it becomes available. My CFIA is a convenient and secure way to do business with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency （CFIA）。 Businesses can manage and track service requests online, including permissions such as licences, permits, registrations and export certificates.
